Rolf, born March 20th
(the 1st day
of spring), was raised and still lives
in Mountlake Terrace, WA. He was
a child prodigy, classically trained
from the age of six years old. Rolf
performed at every Contest, Fair,
Shriner Convention there was during
his younger years. He started with the
Accordion, then the Organ and Piano.
He picked up the Guitar at the age of
thirteen & then the Harmonica at
sixteen. He spent twenty years playing
every kind of music there is; from
Country, Top-40, Blues, Rock and
Disco to Classical Music.
You might have also seen him at the
Charles White All-Star Jam, at
Larry's Greenfront every Wednesday
for thirteen years. "I think I've
jammed with just about everybody
including: Buddy Miles, Johnny Lang,
The Neville Brothers, Lou Rawls,
George Benson, Earnestine Anderson
& many more."
Rolf has written
hundreds of songs
over the years and continues to do so.
He also has owned and operated

Laughing Dog Studio for fifteen years
and has and continues to record many
local artists. He is currently recording
in his newly built digital recording studio.
"I have been in many
bands over the years,
a few of them include: Esspresso, The
Smith Bothers, The Blondes, Rumours,
Restless, and Barfly (original music)."
He also performed in the legendary Moby
Grape for a year and in The Charles White
Band for thirteen years and most recently
joined Latigo Lace in the fall of 2004.
